our history
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, owner Mitch Hickman always aspired to have his own business and walk in his father’s entrepreneurial footsteps. As a self-proclaimed Jack of All Trades, he spent years learning and absorbing everything he could in a variety of fields starting at the age of 15.
In 2021, Mitch decided to put his decade of experience in Southwest Florida roofing to good use and launched Top Hat Roofing with his wife Kashia. As a family man, Mitch wanted to focus his business on providing customers with a one-on-one experience that feels like a good friend is helping you when you need it.
